As a professional coach, I love helping people figure out what’s aligned and authentic for them. When you’re out of alignment it slows everything down. It can be easy to get sidetracked by your internal “shoulds” or other peoples’ opinions. Your blind spots are invisible to you. It can be challenging to be clear and trust your inner compass (or even know what that is for you).
In a way, you could say the coaching work I do helps people figure out what’s “on-brand” for them in business and life.

To be clear, coaching isn’t consulting. I won’t give you advice, tell you what to do or even cheerlead you to success. I’m your partner in helping draw out what’s true for you based on what you say you want to work on and accomplish.
COACHING OPTIONS
Altitude Coaching Session
During our 90 minute session, we’ll work together to get clear what areas of business and life you’re out of alignment (and where you’re in alignment already). You’ll gain a higher altitude view of the situation and we’ll create several tangible actions you can take to move you forward.
$300 / 90 minute session
Alignment Coaching Package
Ongoing coaching provides the time and space needed to do the work to align your business and life. We’ll work together for you to get clear on what areas you’re out of alignment (and where you’re in alignment already. We’ll work within a framework to activate your inner compass. From there, we’ll identify the goals, mindsets and actions to take to create a business and life that is aligned and operating more effectively.
$800 per month / 4 sessions per month / 3 month minimum
